Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at daniel@rdbwholesale.co.uk.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items on sale. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
