1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipping Locations We offer shipping to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island. For orders outside of these regions, please contact us directly at daniel@rdbwholesale.co.uk.

1.2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1.3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the destination:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: N/A.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

1.4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

1.5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes RDB Wholesale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2. Returns Policy

2.1. Return Eligibility Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

2.2. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

2.3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at daniel@rdbwholesale.co.uk with your order details. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

2.4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

2.5. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2.6. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened or used products
